Jakarta – Satgas PASTI menghentikan kegiatan usaha 228 pedagang aset keuangan digital (PAKD) alias kripto ilegal sepanjang Januari-Mei 2026.
Langkah tersebut sebagai bentuk penegasan regulator untuk memperkuat perlindungan konsumen dan memberantas aktivitas investasi ilegal yang semakin marak di ruang digital.
Satgas PASTI menegaskan bahwa kegiatan perdagangan aset kripto di Tanah Air hanya bisa dilakukan oleh pihak yang telah memperoleh izin resmi dari OJK dan beroperasi sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Ketentuan tersebut mengacu pada Peraturan OJK Nomor 27 Tahun 2024 yang mengatur bahwa Daftar Aset Kripto (DAK) ditetapkan oleh Bursa Kripto sebagai acuan perdagangan aset digital yang legal di Indonesia.
