Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto revealed that there is a big power that wants to rob the wealth of the Indonesian nation.
Prabowo made the statement in front of cadres of Perindo Party’s right-wing organization Tunas Indonesia Raya (TIDAR) at Borobudur Hotel, Central Jakarta, Saturday (17/5).
“They always want to steal and rob the wealth of our nation and under all pretexts they want to destroy the joints of our lives,” Prabowo said.
The number one person in Indonesia said that the forces that want to damage the joints of people’s lives, one of which is done by bribing judges to buy officials in all institutions.
“They want to bribe our judges, buy our officials at all echelons, in all institutions,” he said.
As Head of State, Prabowo emphasized that he would uphold justice and fight all forms of corruption in the country indiscriminately.
“I will carry out my duties. I will uphold justice and fight all forms of corruption in the country indiscriminately,” he said.
Prabowo emphasized that the country’s wealth must be managed properly for the prosperity of all Indonesians, while a handful of elites harm the country and the nation.
He also did not hesitate to give punishment to those who harmed the country.
Want to Leave a Legacy of Leadership
In his speech, Prabowo also touched on his 73 years of age. For this reason, he wants to leave a meaningful legacy for the Indonesian people.
“I am 73 years old. I just want to leave a good name. I will carry out my duties. I will uphold justice. I will fight all forms of corruption in this republic. Indiscriminately,” he said.
He also asked for the support of all Indonesian people to maintain integrity and together face all forms of pressure that try to hinder efforts to eradicate corruption in Indonesia.
