Jakarta – PT Asuransi Jiwa Prolife Indonesia (formerly PT Asuransi Jiwa Indosurya Sukses) (Under Liquidation) officially announced that the Company has been dissolved (liquidated) based on a decision outside the general meeting of shareholders in lieu of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
The Prolife Life Insurance Liquidation Team appeals to all parties who have bills (policyholders) to immediately contact the Company’s Liquidation Team and submit bills with supporting evidence within 60 calendar days from the date of the announcement on January 19, 2024.

“We inform you that based on the Resolution Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders in Lieu of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Asuransi Jiwa Prolife Indonesia (formerly PT Asuransi Jiwa Indosurya Sukses) (in liquidation) to all Creditors, Policyholders, Suppliers, Vendors, Debtors and other related parties, that the Company has been dissolved (Liquidation),” wrote the Prolife Life Insurance Liquidation Team quoted, January 24, 2024.
The dissolution of the Company is effective from November 2, 2023, based on a copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority number KEP-77/D.05/2023 dated November 2, 2023 concerning Revocation of Business License in the Life Insurance Sector of PT Asuransi Jiwa Prolife Indonesia.
In addition, the Company has also appointed a Liquidation Team which has also been approved by the Financial Services Authority based on letter number S-249/PD.12/2023 dated December 11, 2023, including the following, Parhulutan Manalu, Tri Wahjuni Harto Saputro, and M.P. Chandra Hutabarat.
