LMAN Disburses Rp2.85 Trillion for IKN Land Acquisition

Jakarta – The State Asset Management Agency (LMAN) has realized Rp2.85 trillion for land acquisition for the development of the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN).

LMAN President Director Basuki Purwadi explained that the realization of Rp2.85 trillion was funding from mid-2023 to 4 October 2024.

“In total, since the middle of last year until now we have realized Rp2.85 trillion for IKN alone,” Basuki said at the LMAN Media Briefing, Monday, October 7, 2024.

On the same occasion, Director of Land Procurement and Funding Rustanto detailed that the IKN funding consisted of the Director General of Highways’ IKN project of IDR 2.12 trillion, the Director General of Cipta Karya’s IKN project of IDR 692.12 billion, and the Director General of Natural Resources’ IKN project of IDR 39.19 billion.

“As of October 4, 2024, we categorize it by agencies that initiate the PSN development itself which requires land, first the Director General of Bina Marga IDR 2.12 trillion, IKN Director General of Cipta Karya IDR 692.12 billion, then the Director General of SDA IDR 36.19 billion,” Rustanto explained.

As for this year or the period January to October 4, 2024, the land funding for the IKN sector has disbursed or realized Rp1.43 trillion. (*)
