JCI Closed 0.31 Percent Stronger, Property Sector Leads

Jakarta – The composite stock price index (JCI) today again closed in the green zone at 6961.45 or strengthened 0.31 percent from opening at 6939.89 at the opening of trading today (2/10).

Based on RTI Business statistics, 266 stocks corrected, 259 stocks gained, and 232 stocks remained unchanged. 18.74 billion shares were issued with 1.23 million times the frequency of hand movements, and the total transaction value reached Rp9.82 trillion.

Even so, only the JII index weakened 0.17 percent to 562.49. Meanwhile, other indices experienced strengthening, such as the IDX30 strengthened by 0.39 percent to 495.29, LQ45 strengthened by 0.46 percent to 957.08, and Sri-Kehati strengthened by 0.72 percent to 441.16.

Then, only a small number of sectors experienced weakness, namely the energy sector weakened 1.05 percent, the raw material sector weakened 0.44 percent, the technology sector weakened 0.22 percent, the industrial sector weakened 0.15 percent, and the financial sector weakened 0, 13 percent.

Meanwhile, other sectors experienced gains, including the property sector strengthened 1.09 percent, the infrastructure sector strengthened 0.92 percent, the cyclical sector strengthened 0.91 percent, the health sector strengthened 0.56 percent, the transportation sector strengthened 0.48 percent. , and the non-cyclical sector strengthened 0.16 percent.

A series of top gainers include PT Royal Prima Tbk (PRIM), PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), and PT Maha Properti Indonesia Tbk (MPRO). Meanwhile, the top losers were PT Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk (AKPI), PT Mitra Investindo Tbk (MITI), and PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (TFAS).

Meanwhile, the top three stocks that experienced the most hunger were PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH), PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET), and PT Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk (GTRA). (*)
