IDX saves IPOs of 39 companies, the value reaches Rp5.87 trillion

Jakarta – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reports that it has successfully recorded 39 companies conducting initial public offerings (IPOs) with proceeds of IDR 5.87 trillion as of November 29, 2024.

In the same period, the IDX also noted that there are 25 companies currently queuing in the IDX pipeline to conduct IPOs.

“As of November 29, 2024, there have been 39 companies listed on the IDX with funds raised by

listed on the IDX with funds raised of IDR 5.87 trillion. Until now, there are 25 companies in the IDX listing pipeline,” said IDX Assessment Director I Gede Nyoman Yetna as quoted on December 2, 2024.

On the other hand, this month the IDX will still have two companies from different sectors, namely PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI), a prospective issuer from the energy sector. Then, one other company comes from the non-primary consumer goods sector, namely PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk (MDIY).

In terms of asset size, there are 17 companies with large-scale assets. Then, six companies with medium-scale assets, and the remaining two companies with small-scale assets.

Then, with 25 companies lining up for IPOs on the IDX, the non-cyclical consumer sector still dominates the pipeline. In details, there are five companies or fill the IPO queue portion of 20.0 percent.

This is followed by the energy sector, which makes up 16.0 percent of the pipeline or four companies. On the other hand, the cyclical consumer sector, financial sector, industrial sector and property sector, each fill a portion of the pipeline of 12.0 percent or three companies.

Then, the rest, from the health sector there are two companies. Followed by the raw material sector and the transportation sector, each of which recorded one company. Meanwhile, from the property sector and the technology sector there are still no companies entering the IPO pipeline.

Meanwhile, for the corporate action pipeline or rights issue as of November 29, 2024 there have been 15 listed companies issuing rights issues with a total of IDR 34.42 trillion.

Meanwhile, for the bond pipeline, 124 issuances have been issued from 65 issuers of debt securities and / or sukuk (EBUS) with funds raised amounting to IDR116.6 trillion. (*)
